About Our Programs

Kids are Leaders Programs are taught and facilitated by passionate University qualified Primary School Educators, who strongly believe in life-long learning, our vision and making a positive difference in the lives of our future generations.

Our #1 priority is your kids safety!

All educators are CPR & First Aid trained, anaphylaxis (peanut allergy) trained & have been screened with a Working With Children Police Check.

How would you describe your programs?

They are authentic, designed for 5 to 12 year old kids, engaging, fun, related to real life, safe, friendly, hands-on, interactive and delivered in a positive, supportive and mindful manner.

What makes your programs unique?

What makes them truely unique is they are differentiated, multi-aged and integrate mindfulness.

What does differentiated mean?

Our programs are designed to provide all our participants with the best possible individual experience in a team based environment. By differentiating the activities we are able to best cater for the individual learning styles and needs of each child during the different stages of our programs.

Why are your programs multi-aged?

They are multi-aged because we believe, in the real world our future generations will be involved in connecting, networking, liaising, communicating, negotiating, problem solving and working in jobs or business with people of mixed ages, from different cultures, with different skills, mindsets and levels of expertise.

Our programs are also multi-aged so we can provide 9-12 years old kids with the opportunity to take on the role of student mentors with the 5 to 8 year old kids.

Why would parents choose to enrol their kids into your programs?

One of our major points of difference is the element of mindfulness which we integrate into our programs. We do this because research has shown that teaching mindfulness can assist with self-regulation, learning from our past mistakes and experiences, emotions and memory which can in turn help to support future human success in emotional and social development, education, the workplace and in business.

  • Without Mindfulness:   Stimulus  >  Reaction
  • With Mindfulness:   Stimulus  >  Mindfulness  >  Response

Quote – “Between stimulus and response there is space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and freedom.” Viktor E. Frankl

Why do you incorporate real life experiences into your programs?

We incorporate real life experiences so kids are better able to personally connect and relate to the learning experiences as well as express their true unique selves.
